I haven't heard anything since ordering!

Once the order is placed with us a member of the team will allocate this to production. Once the bed is manufactured (Can take up to 6-7 weeks) we will then allocate this to the couriers. At this point you will receive notification of this from the couriers. Once the bed is allocated to a route, you will be notified 24-48 hours prior to delivery. Don’t panic if you haven’t had any updates – the team is working hard to fulfil your order on time!

What are the delivery charges for orders?

We offer free delivery to the majority of UK. Please have a look at our delivery section for more information in relation to the delivery costs.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay via Credit/Debit card via our secure payment gateway or you can choose to pay Cash on Delivery for added peace of mind.

How long does delivery take?

As all our beds are made per order, we currently aim to manufacture and deliver your bed for 7-12 weeks. If you have any specific requirement for delivery then feel free to call/email us.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order with us a member of our team will allocate your bed to production. It will then be manufactured and allocated to the couriers. The couriers will contact you 24/48 hours prior to delivery with the date of delivery.

Can I change my order?

As long as we haven’t started the manufacturing process you are free to change your order. Please check your junk email folders for the Order Confirmation and check that all details are correct.

Please check your Junk/Spam email folders on the email if you haven’t received your order confirmation. If you have input the wrong email address for the order please contact us via Email at [email protected] so we can amend those details and resend the order confirmation.
