We have loved and lost, but we will get through this together. We want to take this opportunity to thank the incredible heroes of the NHS. Your work and efforts are truly unmatched.

As a growing UK business, we have been overwhelmed with the high-demand we have received over the year. The entire Hugo team has been working tirelessly through the pandemic, and we are so grateful to them. Our remarkable staff finally deserve the break they have been waiting for to spend time with their loved ones.

The final date of deliveries will be 23rd December from our third-party couriers. You will receive a text message if your delivery is scheduled before Christmas. There will be no deliveries between 24th December 2020 – 4th January 2021. The current lead time for all new orders is approximately 7-10 weeks.

If you are experiencing any issues with your order, please e-mail us with your order number and photos to allow us to respond to you efficiently on our return.

Our offices will officially re-open on 4th January 2021.
