Side Sleeper

The majority of adults in the UK prefer to sleep on their side. More than 50% of adults in the UK sleep in the foetal position. Although this position can sometimes cause distress in your arms, side sleeping is said to be the best position for a healthy heart and breathing. It is especially great for pregnant women or those suffering from heartburn or acid reflux.


Back sleeper

Sleeping on your bed can sometimes be beneficial for your spinal alignment as it allows your back to remain neutral. As your face is not crumpled into a pillow, sleeping on your back can also dramatically reduce the probability of developing wrinkles over the years.


Stomach Sleeper

Sleeping on your stomach means healthy relationships with your partner! The reason for that.. the chances of you snoring do reduce. We do however caution against sleeping on your front as it can indefinitely lead to overarching the natural curve of your spine and even strain your neck in some cases. Its very important for this reason to choose a mattress that will suit that position.
