RETURNS POLICY

We would like to hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not you are welcome to return it to us and we will refund you the amount payed less any reductions which may be applicable with your product. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bespoke products this would not apply to the customer fabric beds as they are available in an array of different sizes and fabric types. Please ensure that you have sufficient access to the room for the products ordered prior to placing an order. There is a 50% cancellation charge on all made-to-order items, this applies whether you payed by card or choose to pay cash on delivery – We will also charge you £50.00 minimum to cover the costs of delivery.

Moreover, if the dimensions of the bed are not listed on the product listing, it is your responsibility to either contact us via LiveChat (Fastest way) or to call us in regards to sizing as all dimensions are approximate and may have a variance of up to 5%. There will be a 50% cancellation charge on returns for any made-to-order beds returned to us as they do not fit in your room.

In order to complete a return it must be declared to us within 7 days of the purchase date and all returnable items must be in their original, unused condition free from any defects. Due to health and safety we are unable to accept returns of mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging.

Once we receive your return in its original condition we will process the return within 5 working days. The delivery fee would be deducted from original amount.

Cash on delivery

Deposit is not always collected for all orders. Once the order is placed with us and the manufacturing has begun, we are unable to cancel this without the cancellation charges being applied as discussed above.
